The short version: we collect only what we need to answer you and fulfil your order, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it anytime.
What we collect
- Enquiry & order details — when you submit a form, message us on WhatsApp, or email us: your name, contact details, and whatever you tell us about your event or order.
- Newsletter signups — your email address, if you subscribe to The Atelier Letter.
- Scent quiz answers — only if you choose to email your results to yourself; quiz answers are otherwise not stored.
We do not use advertising trackers. Our website is a static site with no login and no cookies of our own.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiries and fulfil your orders.
- To send you The Atelier Letter, if (and only if) you subscribed — every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- We never sell or rent your information, and we don't share it except with the services that help us run the business (e.g. form processing, email delivery, payments), which are bound by their own privacy commitments.
Where it lives
Depending on how you contact us, your information may be processed by: our email provider (Gmail), WhatsApp, our form-processing service (Formspree), our newsletter platform, and our payment processor. Each acts as a service provider on our behalf.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter anytime via the link in any email.
- Ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by writing to thescenteditionco@gmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
