Shipping & Returns
Every flacon is poured to order and packed by hand. Here's how it reaches you — and what happens if something isn't right.
Processing & shipping
- Because fragrances are hand-poured to order, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be prepared.
- Orders ship via tracked carrier within the United States. You'll receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp once your order is on its way.
- Complimentary shipping on orders over $150. Orders under $150 ship at a flat rate quoted when you order.
- Discovery Sets ship within 2 business days.
- International shipping is available on request — message us before ordering and we'll quote your destination. Any customs duties are the recipient's responsibility.
Returns & exchanges
- Fragrance is personal, and skin chemistry matters — that's exactly why we offer the $25 Discovery Set, fully credited toward your full bottle. We strongly recommend sampling first.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened fragrances cannot be returned.
- Unopened bottles in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price (return shipping at the buyer's cost).
- Arrived damaged or leaking? Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost — no questions, no forms.
- Bespoke and wedding fragrances are made uniquely for you and are not returnable; refinement rounds during composition exist precisely so the final pour is perfect.
